DELIVERY
Store annawatras.pl carries out delivery of purchased products through courier companies and Parcel Machines InPost service.
Available options and the cost of delivery services within the country:
- courier consignment PL – PLN 17.00
- InPost parcel service PL – PLN 15.00
- personal collection boutique Bochnia – 0 zł
- InPost parcel service – 0 PLN PL – for orders over 500 PLN
Available options and the cost of delivery services abroad (EU only):
- courier delivery Italy, France, Sweden, Spain – 24 EUR
- courier delivery Netherlands – 17 EUR
- courier delivery Ireland – 30 EUR
- courier service other EU countries – 15 EUR
The waiting time for delivery depends on the courier company and Parcel Post. Most courier shipments within Poland are delivered the next day after the package is handed over to the courier. Shipments sent overseas are usually delivered within 5 business days. Sometimes the waiting time may be extended for reasons beyond the Store’s control. A customer placing an order for a product marked with an extended waiting time (information visible in the product description) should take into account that delivery of the product will take place after the specified lead time adding the delivery time. In the situation of longer than expected waiting time for delivery, please contact the Store at the e-mail address shop@annawatras.pl.
PAYMENTS
The customer can use the following payment methods:
- payment by bank transfer to the bank account:

In the case of payment by card, the order processing time is calculated from the moment of positive authorization of the transaction. With direct transfer, the order is launched when confirmation of successful transfer is received.
The purchaser is exempt from any transaction fees associated with the purchase and shall only bear the costs associated with the cost of delivery and the products ordered.
In the case of a return or accepted by the Store of a product complaint – the funds paid by the Customer will be returned to Customer bank account provided on complaint/return form.
