The return and exchange policy for online store purchases works very smoothly with us. You don’t have to be afraid. If you miss a size or just don’t feel comfortable in our clothes – send your order back to us. At your request – we will quickly replace or refund them. Remember to attach the appropriate form to the exchanged/returned order, it will make the whole process very easy for us and speed up the return/exchange. Remember that the exchanged/returned clothing must not bear signs of use, i.e. All kinds of dirt, sweating, antiperspirant, makeup. We would appreciate it if you fold and pack them properly. If you plan to send back your order, do not delay until the last day . Keep in mind that someone else may just be waiting for this model. We create our clothes with great care. If you want them to stay with you for a long time, take care of their care. Wash by hand or at low temperature in gentle washing liquids, do not spin too vigorously and do not tumble dry. After washing, gently shake, pull and even out the clothes. Be careful not to pull the stitches too tightly, they may then crack. Iron with the steam function on so as not to “shine” the knit. Just wetting the clothes and ironing with steam is a great way to refresh them.

Remember the natural characteristics of cotton knitted fabrics: possible shrinkage of approx. 6% after washing, susceptibility to mossing. Some knits/colors shrink less, others more. We take this into account and factor it into the overall lengths of our garments. So don’t worry if the sleeve is slightly too long on you. After washing, the knitted fabric may shrink slightly in length. If you are anxious to preserve the original lengths, gently pull the garment wet.

All clothes shown in the photos in our store are in size. S. This is me – Anna, I am in the photos and perhaps if you know my measurements it will be easier for you to choose a size for yourself. In general, our sizing is fairly standard. You can find the dimensions of our clothes in the tables located next to the description of each product. Remember that the dimensions given there – are the dimensions of the garment measured flat. Consider that our knitted fabrics have approx. 5% admixture of elastane, which makes them stretchable and cool to fit the body. Graduation on knitwear is not large, adding 4cm in circumference in each successive size and 1cm in length. If you are between two sizes, and, for example, don’t like too much drape, you can choose a size larger. Knitwear is a specific material, each color can behave differently under the machine – hence to the given dimensions we give a margin of +/-2cm.

We always try to fulfill your orders as soon as possible. The status of the order changes to “In progress” when the payment for the order is credited to our account. You then receive an email notification that we have started preparing your order. Usually the lead time is 1-3 business days or sometimes 2-5 business days.

If you are concerned about particularly fast order processing, please add such a comment in your order and send an email to shop@annawatras.pl. We will certainly take this into account. We are committed to ensuring that you can enjoy the clothes you purchase from us as soon as possible.

After placing your order, you will receive an email thanking you for shopping with us and a summary of your order. If you have chosen quick payments you will also receive an email informing you that your order has a status of “In progress”. If the selected form of payment is a bank transfer, you will receive information with the account number for deposit. After the payment is credited to the account, the order, as in the case of quick payments, will change the status to “In progress”. From this point, we usually need 1-3 business days to prepare your package for shipment. When the order is completed and shipped it will change its status to “Completed and Shipped” and in the notification you will receive a link to track the shipment.

Most of our knitted fabrics have the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate, which guarantees that the knitted fabric was produced without the use of substances that threaten the environment and human health. This is important information for people who have very sensitive skin and suffer from various types of allergies. If you will want to know exactly which knits/colors have the above mentioned certificate, please contact us (SM or email: shop@annawatras.pl). You will receive from us an accurate and up-to-date list of certified knitted fabrics.

We also offer GOTS-certified smooth organic cotton. From this knit you can find Home Wear set – DOTTA pajamas and CALM tracksuit set.

We like to meet your needs. All products come in our store in several color versions, but I know that each of us has her favorite cuts and shades, hence we have introduced the possibility of placing Personalized Orders. By personalization we mean sewing a particular model in a different color.

Such orders have a slightly longer lead time, come at an additional cost, and are non-refundable.

At the moment, our clothes are available both in our online store and our stationary boutique located in Bochnia.
