If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please print out the return form and complete it. The hand-signed form along with the returned product should be sent to the address:

within 14 days of delivery of the Product (counting from the day after delivery of the order). Cash on delivery returns as well as returns sent to the address of the stationary store are not accepted.
Payment refunds for orders paid by credit/debit card are made to the bank account indicated on the return form.
