COMPLAINTS
All products purchased from our store come with a 2-year warranty. Complaints are not subject to natural wear and tear of the product, mechanical damage, apparent defects visible at the time of receipt of the shipment and not reported immediately after their discovery.
What is the complaint process like?
If you wish to file a complaint, please send a photo of the damaged product with a description to shop@annawatras.pl
In response to the request, we will ask you to attach the printed and completed complaint form (example of complaint form is shown below) and send it along with the product to the following address:
