  Store annawatras.pl carries out delivery of purchased products through courier companies and Parcel Machines InPost service. The waiting time for delivery depends on the courier company and Parcel Post. Most courier shipments within Poland are delivered the next day after the package is handed over to the courier. Shipments sent overseas are usually delivered within 5 business days. Detailed information on delivery options is available on the delivery and payment page.

  Exchanges and returns

  If you wish to return the goods or exchange the goods for another, please print and complete the contents of the appropriate form and return the goods to our address. Forms as well as detailed information are available on the exchange or return page.
